Elita Banquet Menus and Special Events Service Program

Banquets proved to be very successful at Elita Restaurant due to our location, size of the restaurant itself and, most importantly, due to the food we offer. Simultaneous service of banquet customers defines the menus for the event. We have several service scenarios, but sharing one proven menu with you will give you a general idea of what is being offered and how the service is structured.
We have an extensive wine collection and can also do a prepaid order of your favorite spirits, wines, beers, coolers, soft drinks.
Fixed banquet menu dinners (see sample below) do not include wine or any other drinks. All beverages are invoiced separately at the end of the event.

Appetizers: (average 20 min.)
1. Thai seafood salad with premium smoked
salmon and jumbo prawns.
2. Eggplant bruchetta on house breads.
3. Vegetarian sushi rolls with grilled portabella mushrooms.
Main Course: (average 1 hr.)
1. Saffron smoked pork loin on young potatoes.
2. Bristol roast beef on rice pilaf.
3. Crown mushrooms Stroganoff on rice.
4. Peach tofu curry.
Dessert: (average 20-30 min.)
1. Elita chocolate mousse cake.
2. Chocolate-dipped strawberries with rum.
3. Baley ice-cream with fruit.
