This healthy starch-less Surf-and-Turf premium AAA medium rare only steak is topped with prawns and veggies in medium prune sauce. The plate is sprinkled with Romano cheese on top which adds a special gastronomic dimension to the steak. All meat cuts for this preparation are marinated in Shiraz red wine for twenty-four hrs. All steaks are heavily tenderized to break the tissues for extra tenderness and inimitable flavor.
